Born in Madrid, I grew up on film and television sets. I began my career assisting photographers before moving into the camera department for film and advertising. I later established myself as a director of photography.
My work includes feature films and commercial productions shot in over forty countries. It has been presented at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the San Sebastián International Film Festival, and the Goya Awards.
Photography runs parallel to my work as a cinematographer.. Fading is the first project from an ongoing series begun in 2008, observing environments shaped by pressure, change, and persistence.
Nací en Madrid y crecí entre rodajes de cine y televisión. Comencé mi carrera trabajando como asistente de fotógrafos antes de incorporarme al departamento de cámara en cine y publicidad. Más adelante me consolidé como director de fotografía.
Mi trabajo incluye largometrajes y producciones publicitarias rodadas en más de cuarenta países. Ha sido presentado en el Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, el San Sebastián International Film Festival y los Goya Awards.
La fotografía discurre en paralelo a mi trabajo cinematográfico.
